Shipping & Returns 

All listed items are ready to ship and will be shipped within one week of your order being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed, and will ship via USPS or FedEx.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Occasionally, damage during transit occurs. Please email info@amyhamley.com immediately. Damaged orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that images of any broken items be taken, as well as any visible damage to the shipping box so that an insurance claim with the shipping carrier can be made. Once your email is received a replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
